Presently working as Scientist (Senior Scale) in the Plant-Microbe Interaction & Rhizosphere Biology Lab, ICAR-National Bureau of Agriculturally Important Microorganisms, Kushmaur, Maunath Bhanjan, Uttar Pradesh, India. His specialized area are: Plant-Microbe Interactions in the rhizosphere with special reference to biotic and abiotic stress management/molecular biology/biotechnology/plant pathology. Academically, Dr. Singh completed his M.Sc. in Mycology & Plant Pathology (2007) from BHU, Varanasi
Ph.D. in Biotechnology (2017) from Integral University, Lucknow. Professionally, he served as Scientist (2009-2014) in Plant Pathology at ICAR-NBAIM, Kushmaur. Dr. Singh has worked on GoI sponsored many projects as Principle Investigator (PI) and Co- Principle Investigator (Co-PI). Recently he is working on two major projects sponsored by ICAR as PI and three projects as Co-PI. As an active researcher,
Dr. Singh has published many research and review articles in the different journals of national and international reputes along with several book chapters in the edited books. He has developed several microbial based bioformulations/technologies for sustainable crop production. His team has developed several databases and web-based portals for public use. His developed portal (www.mgrportal.org.in) has been awarded with copyright (2019). Recently, in association with senior colleagues.
